Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: August 10, 2026

Last Updated: August 10, 2026

Welcome to LVL Reception ("LVL Reception," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at lvlreception.com (the "Site") and our services, including AI Receptionist, Website Design, and Social Ads services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the Site, booking a call, or purchasing any Service, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

1Services

  • AI Receptionist — automated call answering, appointment booking, lead qualification, and related features.
  • Website Design — design, development, and delivery of business websites.
  • Social Ads — management of Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
  • All-In Bundle — a combined package of the above services.

Specific features, limits (e.g., call volume, ad spend managed, page counts), and delivery timelines for each plan are as described on our Pricing page at the time of purchase and may be updated from time to time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify Clients of material changes to plan features.

2Plans, Billing, and Payment

2.1 Billing Cycle. Services are billed monthly.

2.2 No Lock-In Contracts. Our plans are month-to-month with no long-term lock-in contract, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.3 Payment. Fees are due in advance of each billing period via the payment method provided by the Client. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.

2.4 Price Changes. We may update pricing for new billing cycles with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Services after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

2.5 Overages. Where a plan includes a usage limit, usage beyond that limit may incur additional charges or require an upgrade to a higher-tier plan.

2.6 Taxes. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law.

3Cancellation and Refunds

3.1 Cancellation. Clients may cancel their subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period, by contacting us through the channels listed on our Contact page.

3.2 No Partial Refunds. Except as required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable upon cancellation.

3.3 Setup and One-Time Fees. Any setup fees, custom work, or one-time charges disclosed at the time of purchase are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4Client Responsibilities

You agree to: provide accurate, complete, and current information necessary for us to deliver the Services; respond to reasonable requests for information, feedback, or approvals in a timely manner; use the Services in compliance with applicable laws, including consumer protection, advertising, telecommunications, and data protection laws; and ensure you have the right to use any content, trademarks, or materials you provide to us.

5Service-Specific Terms

5.1 AI Receptionist. The AI Receptionist service uses automated systems to answer calls, book appointments, and qualify leads. While we aim for high accuracy and reliability, automated call handling may occasionally misinterpret requests. We are not liable for lost business resulting from technical issues, call routing errors, or third-party service outages beyond our reasonable control.

5.2 Website Design. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on Client responsiveness. Post-launch support periods are as specified in the applicable plan. Work outside the agreed scope may be billed separately or require a plan upgrade.

5.3 Social Ads. Ad spend referenced in each plan refers to the media budget we manage on the Client's behalf and is separate from our service fee. We do not guarantee specific results, as advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control.

6Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client will own the final deliverables created specifically for them (e.g., final website files, ad creative), except for any third-party or pre-existing tools, templates, code libraries, or platform technology used to deliver the Services.

We retain the right to use non-confidential aspects of completed work for our own portfolio and marketing purposes, unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.

7Third-Party Services

Our Services may rely on or integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., telephony providers, hosting providers, CRM systems, Meta/Facebook advertising platforms). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or errors caused by these third-party platforms.

8Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that they will achieve any particular business outcome.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LVL Reception's total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

10Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LVL Reception, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or content/materials you provide to us.

11Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services for any Client who breaches these Terms, fails to pay fees when due, or uses the Services in a manner that is unlawful, abusive, or harmful to us or others.

12Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law applicable to the Client.

13Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
